Annual General Meeting 2022

The AGM was held on Sunday, 23 October 2022 at Sport Wales National Centre.

Thank you to all who attended. More details will be circulated soon but the main points are:

Four directors were ratified: Adam Thompson, Finance Director; Mark Williams, Director of Regulation; John Davies and Jared Lougher.

2021/22 Accounts were adopted.

Three Board Resolutions passed with over 75% of votes cast in favour. The articles will be updated accordingly.

Four life members were announced: Darryl Jones, Clwyd ABC; Del Phillips, Trostre ABC; Terry Grey, Gwent Swansea ABC; Ronnie Morris, Cwmgors ABC.
