2020 Virtual AGM - 18th October

Dear Member Clubs,

There is no change to the current guidelines as yet but we hope to hear something new either later today or tomorrow when the First Minister speaks to the nation.

In the meantime, the Board met last week and confirmed that this year’s AGM on 18 October WILL be held virtually and more information on this will be circulated nearer the time. It will mean Members will not be permitted to attend and vote at the AGM in person, instead Members will be able to vote ahead of the meeting using their Postal Voting Form and attend the meeting via the internet link that will be provided.
