Congratulations Lauren!

Welsh Boxing Ambassador Lauren Price scored an incredible knockout win over Bexcy Mateus on Saturday in Liverpool, retaining her WBA welterweight title with what was officially ruled a third round TKO.

Price who now goes to 8-0, dominated the fight, the 30-year-old Welsh southpaw will now hope to face Natasha Jonas in a unification bout next year.

Price has spoken in the lead-up to today’s card about her desire to face Jonas next. “I want to become undisputed. I want the biggest fights and that’s it.”
