‘IN THE RED CORNER’ WELSH BOXING STRATEGIC PLAN 2020-2025
Over the last year, Welsh Boxing has been working with its many clubs and external stakeholders to develop its very first Strategy and we have now finalised and printed the Strategic Plan 2020-2025. If you remember, this began with the Vision for Welsh Boxing document, which a number of clubs responded to and the feedback was also shared at the AGM in October 2019.
We did intend to showcase this exciting time for Welsh Boxing with a launch event at the Senior Finals night in April but clearly there are far more important matters confronting us all at this difficult time. We do, however, wish to bring the strategy to life from 1 April so the Board has agreed to ‘go live’ with the document and the staff will begin developing the plans to deliver it.
Unfortunately, as the Office is ‘closed’ we are unable to post copies out at this stage.
There will be a launch event later in the year at the Senedd, but in the meantime I hope this document gives you some pleasant reading in the current circumstances.
