Rosie Eccles Concludes 8 years with GB Boxing

Welsh Boxing would like to congratulate Rosie Eccles on an incredible eight-year journey with GB Boxing as she steps away from the World Class Programme.

Rosie has been a fantastic representative of Wales throughout her time on the programme, achieving so much on the international stage and proudly qualifying for the Olympic Games in Paris.

We are incredibly proud of everything Rosie achieved during her time with GB Boxing and the way she represented both Wales and British boxing throughout her career.

Rosie will now continue training with the Welsh national team in Cardiff and has her sights set on representing Wales once again at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, where she hopes to defend the gold medal she won in Birmingham in 2022.

Everyone at Welsh Boxing looks forward to supporting Rosie in this next stage of her career and we wish her every success in what comes next, both inside and outside of the ring. 🥊
