Rosie began boxing at 16 years old, after trying out a boxercise class locally in Caldicot. She then joined her local boxing club, Chepstow ABC and also boxed at Pontypool ABC. Rosie started boxing full time when she was 18 whilst attending Cardiff Met University getting her degree and Masters. She became an Olympian last year competing at the Paris 2024 Olympics She has also won 2 commonwealth medals for Wales, winning gold in Birmingham in 2022.  Rosie also won a European Championship silver medal in 2016 and a bronze in 2019.
